This Privacy Policy applies to the QuizFloor app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Liubomyr Kravchuk (hereby referred to as "Software Provider"), an individual developer based in Poland. This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland.

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect, store, or process any personal data through the Application itself when you download and use it. No user accounts, analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies are used. The Application does not provide an option to create an account therefore, Software Provider does not store nor have access to your data.  If you contact the Software Provider via email, your email address will be used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide support.

Local Device Data

The Application stores limited data locally on your device, such as player nicknames, game progress, and purchased content. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the Software Provider. When you provide information in the Application, this information may be stored in your iCloud account, and the Software Provider doesn't have access to that data. The Application may request access to your local network in order to establish peer-to-peer local connection. This access is optional and used solely for that purpose. No data is transmitted to the Software Provider.

Third-Party Access

The Application does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or external data processing services. In-app purchases are handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store, and the Software Provider does not receive, collect or store any payment information. All in-app purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to their Privacy Policy.

Bluetooth Multiplayer

The Application may use Bluetooth for local multiplayer gameplay. Player nicknames may be visible to nearby players during such sessions. No data is transmitted to or stored by the Software Provider.

Children

The Application is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since no personal data is collected, there is no profiling or tracking of users of any age.

Security

As the Software Provider does not collect or store personal data, no external databases or servers are used for user information

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Software Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
